Foshan Shunde Jinfang Group Co., Ltd. is currently facing the actual needs of sludge disposal. As a cooperative pilot enterprise of the printing and dyeing sludge mixing project, the company has fully cooperated with the scientific and technological innovation work of the professional center since the project was established in August last year. The hardware support required by the engineering research institute, it is understood that the project research and development will be delayed by collecting samples of fly ash and slag. The pollution characteristics of heavy metals and dioxins and their environmental shadows were analyzed and studied, and the discharge level of the above pollutants was controlled by optimizing the sludge pretreatment system.

Before and after the establishment of the sludge blending and burning project in August last year, professional institutions such as the South China Environmental Science Research Institute of the Ministry of Environmental Protection, the Organic Analysis and Testing Center of the Guangzhou Institute of Geochemistry of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and the Foshan Environmental Testing Center Station irregularly conducted investigations on Jinfang Company. The flue gas and ambient air of the company are tested. The test report shows that the flue gas generated in the process of the company's printing and dyeing sludge treatment is gradually decreasing. At present, many emission standards are lower than national and even European standards.
"After a series of research and optimization, the integrated optimization of flue gas pollution control measures has been achieved. Summarizing the corresponding technical specifications is the feature and innovation of this project." The above-mentioned person in charge of the professional center said that it is expected to establish a printing and dyeing sludge blender. The pilot project of pollution control of incineration disposal will make the pollutant emission level in flue gas reach the pollution emission standards stipulated by sludge incineration in my country, and form a set of pollution control processes and methods for mixing printing and dyeing sludge.
In the classification of the original cooperation projects in Foshan, the technical fields of the sludge blended combustion project are new energy and energy conservation and environmental protection. The frontier research has been funded by the Chinese Academy of Sciences' only innovation frontier project and the Foshan Science and Technology Bureau. It is composed of the declaration of the science and technology funds of Foshan City and the self-raised funds of Jinfang Company. At present, all the funds have been put in place, and all the work is going on as planned.
